We have daily departures for this safari to Maasai Mara all the year round for both groups and private safaris
This group joining safari takes you to visit the famous Maasai Mara Reserve, which is one of the best game reserves in Kenya. The safari starts and ends in Nairobi with possibility of extension and each open roofed 4*4 safari tour van will accommodate up to 7 pax, with each person guaranteed a window seat. Accommodation is based in basic self-contained tents with flush toilet and shower inside the tent.
Beddings are also provided including a bed, bed sheets, pillow, mosquito net and blankets.
The Summarized 3 Days, 2 Nights Itinerary
- Day 1: Departure from Nairobi to Maasai Mara via Great rift valley Escarpment, Evening Game Drive
- Day 2: Full day game drive at Maasai Mara
- Day 3: Morning Game Drive or opt for Maasai village visit, and later Departure to Nairobi
DAY 1: NAIROBI – MAASAI MARA
You will be met by our company representative at your hotel or Airport, briefed and later depart for your safari.
0800hrs departure from Nairobi and transfer to Maasai Mara;
Being a long drive, stop at the scenic Great Rift Valley view point for a view of the escarpment and a photo session. Proceed to Mara via Narok Town arriving for check in and lunch at the camp.
Lunch is followed by an afternoon game drive within the park which is famously known for the big five and migration of wildebeest (seasonal). Animals that are easily spotted include elephant, buffalo, lion, and bird species and plains game.
Return back to the camp in the evening for rest, dinner, bonfire and overnight stay.
Overnight: Manyatta Camp/Rhino tourist /Lenchada or a similar camp
Meal plan: Lunch, Dinner.
DAY 2: MAASAI MARA
Breakfast at 0700hrs then proceed for a morning game drive to see the park when most active.
Break for lunch at camp or alternatively carry packed picnic lunch to eat during game drives. Afternoon game drives to explore the new 8th wonder of the world.
Balloon safaris are available on request and take place early in the morning before sunrise.
Overnight: Manyatta Camp/Rhino tourist /Lenchada or a similar camp
Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
DAY 3: DEPARTURE MAASAI MARA – NAIROBI
After an early morning breakfast we will have a game drive en-route to Nairobi or opt for Maasai village cultural tour at a small fee.
We will have stop-overs in the towns to give you a chance to buy souvenirs. We will arrive late in the afternoon. Afterwards we will take you the airport or to your preferred hotel.
End of Maasai Mara Safari.
